| 260g frozen pineapple chunks | 680g frozen pineapple chunks |
| 180g soft tofu | 360ml soft tofu |
| ⅛ lime, peeled | ½ lime, peeled |
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades while blending.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
