Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) water
- 1 cup (75g) shredded coconut
- Alternate: 300ml fresh coconut milk
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- Splash of vanilla
- 2 fresh dates (pitted) or 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Blend shredded coconut and water on high for 60 seconds (yes, homemade coconut milk that fast).
- Strain.
- Add coconut milk back into the blender with the rest of the ingredients in the order listed.
- Blend for 45 seconds on Smoothie function, or start on Variable 1 and increase to 10.
- Pour and serve.
