Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) plain dairy-free yoghurt
- 1 cup (130g) red grapes
- ½ cup (120ml) water
- 3 cups (450g) frozen mixed berries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.

Choosing plain yoghurt is beneficial as it avoids the high sugar content found in flavoured varieties, allowing natural sweetness from the fruit to shine.
