Ingredients
- 240ml soy milk
- 75g green grapes
- 1 medium orange (140g), peeled
- 75g pineapple
- 1 small carrot (75g)
- ½ celery stalk (30g)
- 45g broccoli florets
- 150g frozen strawberries
- ½ small frozen banana (60g), peeled
- 105g frozen peach slices
- 130g ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- A great way to include more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
- Swap soy milk for almond, oat or coconut milk if preferred.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more fruit if desired.
