| ½ orange (75g), peeled |
1 orange (150g), peeled and halved |
| ½ lemon (30g), peeled |

| ½ small beetroot (25g), scrubbed |

Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
- Optional: strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother juice texture.
Recipe Notes
- For best results, use chilled ingredients and cold water.
- Peel produce if not using organic.
- Straining removes fibre for a juice-style texture, while unstrained keeps fibre for added nutrition.
