Watermelon Peach Chamomile Smoothie

This refreshing and calming smoothie is a wonderful summertime treat.

Ingredients

  • 120ml chamomile tea, chilled
  • 460g watermelon
  • 1 (120g) peach, pitted
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 65g ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. 
  2. Run the smoothie program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chamomile tea has a natural calming effect to help you relax during busy times. Spice this up with a little bit of jalapeno to excite your taste buds.
